I'm Just Saying....

.... what happened to customer service?

This morning I called customer service at Time Warner - WHAT A JOKE. They have given me the WORST customer service over the past 2 weeks over. THE WORST. I now don't have a home phone or DVR because of their poor service. Call me on my cell phone - 336/509-1849.

Tonight at AC Moore, the sales clerk answered a personal phone call in between customers - another woman and me. She grabbed the phone.
"Oh - I don't work there any more. I work here. I'm working now. I'm hungry, why don't you come up here and bring me something to eat? Come see me on break. I'm working now. Yeah, I quit working there - it's a long story too involved, come up here and I'll tell you about it. I'm kind of hungry, can you bring me something? Nah - you don't have to, I'm just joking - I am hungry, okay."
"That will be $7.51." (To me)
I handed her the money - she handed me my bag.
I said, "Thank you." she kept talking.
"Ma'am. THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD NIGHT."
"Oh, thanks!" (her)
Ewwwww - - - it made me so mad.

I love AC Moore - but I cannot believe this behavior is allowed on the checkout lines.

Then I went to Mario's Pizza - and picked up my pizza.
"Ma'am - I have number 10."
"What was it?"
"Um, a pizza. I paid for it a few minutes ago."
"I don't see a number 10." she started moving papers around.
One of the pizza cooking guys came over, "What's wrong."
"She SAID she had number 10 and paid for it. I can't find it."
"What was it?"
"A pizza."
"Here it is." It was on top of the pizza oven. DUR.

The people at Petco however were very friendly AND helpful. My dogs are gaining weight, so they are now on a special Science Diet pooch diet.

Tomorrow I'm going to get my hair cut - by Dawn Rock at Tangles. 336/282-4567. Then some old chums and I are going to meet at Natty Greene's for dinner. It should be a blast!!!!

FOCUS on the good vibes. It's going to be a GREAT weekend.
