John Edwards - ambulance chaser? boy from the mill hill?
Elizabeth Dole - is she really from North Carolina? She left in 1958 and didn't look back until she wanted a Senate seat.
Jesse Helms - ultra-Conservative, but you knew where the stood. He won his Senate position for 30 years.
Richard Burr - I called his office 7 years ago when he was a Congressman, I'm still waiting on the call to be returned.
Our politicians are "just people" and yet we continue to put them on a pedestal. Stop doing that.
