Okay folks - Michael Phelps got his 8th Olympic Gold medal. He seems like a good kid, who made some mistakes, grew up and has come back gangbusters!!! Let's hope all continues to go well for this guy who America is instantly crazy for. He's only 23.
Guess what we done done? (Forgive the poor grammar) We bought a minivan - 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring edition, I'll have to post it on the blog later on!!! I could not trade my little green truck - and hope to hand onto it.
This was our first new car purchase in October, 2001. We went to Carmax let me tell you it was a great experience. Harold Thompson was our sales person and he was so helpful!!! I had never shopped at Carmax before, and it was so simple. Harold walked us through each step and was quite a professional. If you do shop there - take the time to look online first to get an idea of what you are looking for or looking at their inventory. We got a steal of a deal, because no one is driving minivans and SUV's these days.
Now I'm really going to be pushing my e-how articles to may for our Deluxe Family Truckster.
